Returns Policy
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You must notify MI Vinyl World of any issues within 2 days of receiving the order. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 business days of MI Vinyl World receiving your return package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. It may take your bank 5 to 10 business days to process our refund request.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We ship to addresses within the US only. Normal shipping is 1-3 business days from the time you order, plus transit time.
Holidays delay shipping. If USPS is closed, we also are. Big sales may also delay shipping. We ship Priority or First Class based on the order itself and the safety of the product. It takes 2-4 days in transit barring any postal delays. VINYL WORLD CANNOT control postal delays.
