45 degree blade, cut this material in mirror image, 310 degrees F – 330 degrees F, EXTRA FIRM, even pressure, 10-15 seconds press time, peel cold, cover with a teflon sheet and re-press for 5 seconds, wash cold, inside-out, tumble dry, low heat.
